SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are custom made- please allow 7-14 business days for fulfillment/shipping. If any form of express shipping is selected at checkout, please keep in mind that all orders are custom made, and your items must be created FIRST before they are shipped. Order processing times and order shipping times are two different times. Please allot extra time for Canada & worldwide shipping. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, processing and shipping may experience delays.
International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country,
and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
RETURNS POLICY:
We truly hope you love your items! However, if you need to return/exchange an item, please see our policies below.
Please DO NOT return any items for any reason without contacting our support team first at info@ogonegod.com
All items purchased are final sale, thus we can not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. If a mistake is made on our behalf, we will fix the mistake.
To be eligible for a return for a mistake made on our behalf, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (no deodorant or make-up stains). It must also be in the original packaging. OG ONE GOD has the right to refuse any items that we feel are unsaleable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged,
then please get in touch and provide photos within 7 days!
Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.
